Why Join Our Workshop?
Are you navigating the challenges of parenting in a multicultural environment? Whether you're a foreign parent raising children in Japan or a Japanese parent with a foreign partner, our workshops are here to help you connect, share, and learn in a supportive community.
This workshop is all about making parenting support information more accessible and helpful for multicultural families. We’ll think about the best ways to share important information that parents need.
Each session focuses on a specific stage of parenting. We’ll have group discussions to talk about:

Operations & Management
After moving to Kyoto in 2022 through our international marriage, we faced difficulties finding parenting information in English during pregnancy and childbirth. This experience motivated us to start “Mom & Dad Japan” to support foreign parents living in Japan.

Can I bring my child?
Yes, we warmly welcome parents with children! The venues on 2/15 and 3/1 will have a kids’ space, and childcare professionals will be available during the workshop.
How much does it cost to join the workshop?
There is no participation fee.
Can I still join if my child doesn’t meet the age requirement listed?
Please contact the office for inquiries.
Do I need to prepare anything before attending?
No special preparations are needed. Details will be sent to participants via email in advance.
What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?
